These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Binjaitoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the website located at binjaitoto.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

Binjaitoto operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform, providing registered users with access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including English Premier League fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC events), lottery products, and other interactive entertainment products. Access to binjaitoto is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. We treat this requirement with absolute seriousness. Any person found to be under the age of 21 who has registered an account will have their account immediately closed, any winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification of payment method ownership.

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your login credentials. Sharing account details with third parties is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information current and notify us promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Binjaitoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Standard KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet linked to account)
• Additional documentation as required during enhanced due diligence reviews

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction. This policy exists to protect all players from fraud and unauthorised account access. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in our cashier section. We reserve the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding stated thresholds before release of funds.

All account balances, game outcomes, bets, and payouts are expressed and settled in MYR. For cryptocurrency deposits, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Binjaitoto bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by binjaitoto are subject to these general terms as well as specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must fulfil the stated wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 3,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate.

Each bonus carries a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is fulfilled will be forfeited along with any winnings derived from them. Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) and credited once annually upon verification of date of birth. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 are payable to the referring player when the referred player successfully completes registration, KYC verification, and their first qualifying deposit. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the binjaitoto Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

Binjaitoto accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players.
